This academy will better your existing skills by training you in drills that involve simulated combat stress. Your instructors (Trench/ Todd, an ex-military combat veteran. Get ready for some intense, non-stop airsoft action! RAINBOW airsoft team will be playing at some of our favorite fields out here in southern California from July 15th to July 17th. We will be hitting up Code Red Airsoft, Insight Interactive and Desert Fox: MOUT. You can see the schedule on the home page in the right side column under "Where's RAINBOW?". Quick Tactical Tip (Moving With Stealth)

The definition of stealth is: the act or characteristic of moving with extreme care and quietness, so as to avoid detection. To do this requires a lot of patience and practice. To move with stealth, start by keeping your rifle at the ready position. When you step, keep your footing solid with your weight on the foot on the ground. Quick Tactical Tip (Keep your Distance)

We've all been told to keep our distance when we are in an open field; But do we really know why? The most popular reason for keeping your distance in an open area is mostly to minimize casualties when an abuse takes place. Target acquisition is more difficult for the enemy where your separated. Keeping your distance also makes your basic battle drill movements easier to perform, movement becomes less confusing when chaos strikes. Its also good to note that the more spread out you are the more ground you can cover in a large field environment.
